Happy Thanksgiving
What makes a holiday tea? Is it the spices or fruits? I walked by a display of Christmas teas in Valley Natural Foods the other day and thought, what would make a good Thanksgiving tea? It's not like you can put turkey in your tea. The thought just kinda turns your stomach right?
So I want to know your thoughts: what would make a good Thanksgiving tea?
Here's a few of my ideas:
1. A black tea with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
2. Vanilla Bean, cinnamon, and perhaps some milk with froth?
3. Pecan shavings or Pecan flavoring with nutmeg. Probably a black tea.

I could go for a black tea with the vanilla, cinnamon, and some soy milk in it. Perhaps a little sweetener but just for one cup of it so I don't get much added sugar.
