Books & Tea
Recently I happened upon a rather interesting magazine called Fresh Cup. The pages within explored different tea and certain areas where tea is produced. It had many articles that were interesting but two in particular caught my attention. One was about stats and trends of tea. It explained how Americans typically prefer sweet chai over the original chai which is spicy. Oooo! And did you know that chai originates from India? Makes sense as to why the original is spicy now doesn't it. The second article was about Laos and its forest of tea. The contains the oldest Camellia sinensis trees on Earth. Experts say the wild Yunnan broad leaf is identical to the famous tea found in the mountains of Xishangbanna, China. Try to say that name ten times fast. If you are looking for more interesting articles and happen upon one of these magazines go ahead and take a read; you just might find something out that you didn't know before.
Below I've listed some more books that you may take interest in.
